    COVID-19: Daunt Books "Not so unprecedented" by AMV BBDO

    AMV BBDO has created a radio campaign for independent bookshop chain Daunt featuring extracts from literary classics to highlight uncanny similarities to the current pandemic. The ads features extracts from Albert Camus’ 1947 novel 'The Plague' and Daniel Defoe’s 1722 work 'A Journal of the Plague Year', ending with the line 'Find out how our unprecedented times are not so unprecedented'.     Walkers splits with AMV after 22 years

    WALKERS has launched a review of its advertising requirements, and has parted ways with AMV BBDO as it looks for a fresh perspective. The agency, which has worked on Walkers for 22 years, will continue to work with PEPSICO on other brands. Brand ambassador Gary Lineker is to continue his partnership with the crisp giant.
