    Grey London partners with WDMP to launch new direct marketing and CRM division 'Grey Response'

    GREY LONDON and WDMP are to form a new direct marketing and CRM division, Grey Response. The division, centred around data science, conversion analytics, customer experience planning, programmatic and demand generation, will be headed up by Grey’s chief operations officer Wayne Brown. The initiative’s three founding clients will be VODAFONE UK, FIDELITY and MARKS & SPENCER. A senior team consisting of Nathan Gainford, Cressida Eatson-Lloyds, Tim Hopkins and Laura Castrillo will be supported by 12 new hires and the full WDMP team.
