    Network Rail to refresh £15m creative agency roster

    NETWORK RAIL is changing its creative agency roster for the first time in four years. It currently works with MCCANN, 23RED and LEITH AGENCY among others. The review, which covers £15m worth of creative business, is expected to begin in March 2019. The winning agencies will receive an initial three year contract with the possibility of two 12 month extensions. Network Rail is set to be looking for agencies to handle internal and public campaigns as well as design and production of creative solutions.

    Hard-hitting public awareness campaign draws attention to illegal puppy farming

    THE SCOTTISH GOVERNMENT has unveiled a public awareness campaign about the practice of puppy farming. Narrated by a small child, the ad is told from the perspective of a puppy who has been bred illegally and is bought by a woman who doesn't know the signs of farming. The spot ends by telling viewers not to buy a puppy without papers or its mother. THE LEITH AGENCY created the cinema ad in conjunction with the SCOTTISH SPCA.
