    The Kite Factory and Finn win Little Freddie business

    THE KITE FACTORY has picked up the strategic media planning and buying business for organic baby food brand Little Freddie following a pitch. The account was previously held by THE SPECIALIST WORKS. The brand has also hired FINN as its lead creative agency without pitch. There was no incumbent on the creative account.

    Which? splits media duties between Craft, Goodstuff and Brainlabs

    WHICH? has appointed independent agencies Craft Media London, GOODSTUFF COMMUNICATIONS, and BRAINLABS to oversee its communications strategy, brand planning and buying, and digital performance planning and buying respectively. MC&C was the incumbent on most of its media business and did not repitch. Which? recently promoted Sarah Threadgould to the role of chief customer officer as it changes its marketing mix as part of a broader focus on audience engagement. It announced earlier this month that it has ceased direct response TV marketing and is looking to improve brand visibility and drive online efficiency.
