    Roland Rudd approaches WPP about Finsbury buyout

    FINSBURY's founder Roland Rudd has approached parent company WPP about a possible management buyout of the agency. Discussions have reportedly been held in recent weeks. The business would be valued at more than £100m, requiring Rudd and his partners to rise a large sum of outside capital to finance the buyout.
