    MATALAN has hired MCCANN MANCHESTER as its creative & strategic brand agency following a competitive pitch. The agency will assume responsibility for all brand marketing for the account believed to be worth in the region of £20m. McCann Manchester beat BJL, DRIVEN and VCCP in the pitch process.

    Driven urges people to 'switch off your phones' in new £4m campaign

    GO OUTDOORS has launched a £4m campaign encouraging people to spend more time outside instead of on their phones. DRIVEN created a 30-second which sees a range of animated characters enjoying the outdoors including campers and cyclists. They are all wearing and using products from Go Outdoors. The ad ends with the tagline 'Go Outdoors, The UK's Biggest Outdoor Stores'. THE7STARS handled media planning and buying.
