    THE SCOTTISH GOVERNMENT has split its media buying services contract into two frameworks, appointing CARAT, SPIRIT, Media Shop and REPUBLIC OF MEDIA in the process. The new framework divides UK and international media planning and buying into separate entities serviced by different suppliers and is effective until 31 August 2017.

    THE UNIVERSITY OF EDINBURGH has appointed SPIRIT MEDIA to its £1.2m media planning and buying account. Spirit won the account following a five-way pitch and will now create ‘a media strategy that will drive local and international applications from potential students’, as well as increasing the awareness of the university.
