    BBC Sounds' star-studded launch ad takes young listener on audio journey

    THE BBC has revealed the debut campaign for its new personalised audio app, BBC Sounds. It is the brand's biggest product launch for over a decade. The ad follows a listener throughout her day, with real stars appearing as she flicks through different shows and songs. Kylie Minogue performs in a list while Idris Elba discusses music next to her on a bus. BBC Creative devised the ad with support from MOTHER. It will roll out in 100-, 90-, 40- and 10-second versions on BBC channels and cinemas, while out-of-home and experiential activity will also support the launch. HAVAS MEDIA worked with BBC Media Planning for media planning and buying, and BBC Creative and SOMETHIN' ELSE handled social media.
