Aviva appoints Be Heard Group as its first digital lead agency
AVIVA has hired Be Heard Group as its first digital lead agency. The agency won the account following a competitive pitch against FOLD 7 and RAPP. Be Heard will be tasked with supporting Aviva on content, digital advertising, influencers and data.

Open University reviews £17m marcoms and media accounts
THE OPEN UNIVERSITY has announced a review of its consumer-facing marketing accounts. The business includes PR, social media, creative, and media buying, and is collectively worth £17m a year. It is looking for several retained agencies to work on the various accounts for a minimum of two years. TEXT100 is the incumbent PR agency, with MEDIACOM currently responsible for media, LIDA working on strategy and creative, and RAPP handling social media.
