BARCLAY's review for its advertising account will see 17-year incumbent BARTLE BOGLE HEGARTY take on ABBOTT MEAD VICKERS, MOTHER and PUBLICIS. AAR is handling the review, which is said to be worth around £30m.

Tourism Ireland creates campaign using couple's heart rates
TOURISM IRELAND has created a new campaign 'Fill Your Heart with Ireland' as it looks to promote lesser known areas of the country. Created by PUBLICIS LONDON, the 60-second spot sees a couple enjoying various activities such as cycling, canoeing, sightseeing and walking. On the trip, the couple wore cameras connected to heart monitors which began recording when heart rates were affected. OMD handled media for the campaign.
