    After GTB shake-up, Ford sets up in-house dealer marketing agency

    FORD has launched an in-house agency to boost the efficiency of the marketing output of its 450 UK dealerships. This work will be handled by recently launched consulting division on Unlimited Group, Unlimited+, as well as its data and insights PROPHECY division. The in-house 'agency' will be overseen by marketing manager Nicola James in a effort for more transparency and insight into its day-to-day running. The in-house agency will set up a portal, which will be the first point of call for marketing materials for dealerships, and train staff on digital marketing techniques.

    Danone taps MullenLowe Open for baby brands CRM and digital account

    NUTRICIA has appointed MULLENLOWE OPEN to manage the CRM and digital account for Cow & Gate and Aptamil. The agency won the business in a pitch against the incumbent Unlimited Group agencies THINGS UNLIMITED and PROPHECY UNLIMITED, aswell as BBH and Valtech. MullenLowe Open will start work immediately on Cow & Gate Baby Club, and will work on Aptamil's AptaClub later in the year.
