    Portland launches new division to 'put strategy and creativity at the heart'

    PORTLAND has launched a new strategy and creativity division and announced five new hires to work in the team. SPARC (Strategy, Planning, Analytics, Research + Creative) will sit across all parts of the business and the team will work with existing consultants on all new business and major client campaigns. SPARC will be headed by Gregor Poynton, and will incorporate its existing research & insight team under associate director Eleanor Dickinson. The five new appointments for the SPARC team are Kristin Philbin as director, Emma Ballantine-Dykes as senior creative strategist, Teodore Coste as senior strategic planner, and Genna Micheli-Osborne and Tanya Lacey-Solymar as senior account executives.

    Portland wins extension of Scouts brief as charity readies for brand relaunch

    PORTLAND has extended its corporate communications and public affairs brief with The Scout Association after winning a competitive pitch process at the end of last year. Portland has held The Scouts account for over 10 years and will be assisting The Scout Association with a new brand launch later this year.
