    Publicis Groupe hires Ben Mooge as UK creative chief

    SAATCHI & SAATCHI, LEO BURNETT and PUBLICIS.POKE's holding company Publicis Groupe has appointed HAVAS' executive creative director Ben Mooge to the role of chief creative officer in a newly-created, UK group-wide role. He will report to Annette King and be responsible for the Groupe's creative community. The CCOs of each Publicis Groupe agency will report into Mooge as well as their agency CEOs. Mooge will move around different agencies but be primarily based at its Chancery Lane offices alongside Saatchi & Saatchi and Leo Burnett. Mooge joins in September.

    Publicis London, Poke and Arc merge into single integrated agency

    PUBLICIS LONDON, POKE and ARC are merging to form an integrated agency Publicis.Poke. The agencies will be based at 82 Baker Street and restructured internally to deliver an 'audience-centric' service offering a wide range of disciplines to new and existing clients. Publicis Worldwide UK's chief executive Nick Farnhill will lead the merged entity supported by managing director Trent Patterson, whilst Dave Monk has been appointed executive creative director and Nicolas Roope appointed creative chair.  All three will report to Farnhill. Sol Ghafoor has been named head of strategy at Publicis.Poke.
