OMD, Starcom go head-to-head for McDonald's global markets
OMD and STARCOM are going head-to-head for MCDONALD's global media. The agencies are competing for the accounts in the UK, US, China, France, Germany, Australia, Latin America, Canada and South America. OMD has already won Germany and Starcom will handle media in France and Latin America.

Mars consolidates global media with WPP dealing a blow to Publicis and OMD
MARS has ended its global media review, consolidating all its media planning and buying with GroupM. GroupM's MEDIACOM has retained the account, but Publicis Groupe's STARCOM and OMD lose the business. All three incumbent were invited to repitch for the account and GroupM will take over all proceedings in January 2019.
