Mindshare launches 'programmable' media service
MINDSHARE has partnered with DCO (dynamic creative optimisation control) company Jivox and DSP (demand-side platform) partner AppNexus to launch a new 'programmable' media service called Anna. The new platform allows users to create code to programme their DSPs and DCOs, removing the laborious manual configuration that media planners currently undergo and enabling millions of media-buying strategies and creative rules to be configured automatically.

First Direct appoints Karmarama to launch first major ad campaign in two years
FIRST DIRECT has unveiled its first major campaign in two years as the bank aims to appeal to a younger, more entrepreneurial and open-minded audience. A 60-second ad, shot in black and white and created by KARMARAMA, features an astronaut defying gravity by bouncing around London to the amazement of onlookers. The campaign will run across tactical outdoor and tube station placements, in addition to digital and social activity. WE ARE SOCIAL is working on digital activity, while MINDSHARE is handling media planning and buying for the campaign.
