Mando creates new innovations for Confused.com
CONFUSED.COM has partnered with digital customer experience agency MANDO on a new digital project. The innovations will aim to improve the journeys for customers when they get car insurance quotes. Confused.com aims to provide quotes that requires ‘as little effort as possible from the customer’. The new projects will target younger motors aged around 18-24 who are predicted to make the biggest savings when shopping around.
