TV Licensing delays account reviewTV LICENSING has delayed the decision on the review of its £7m direct marketing account until the end of January. PROXIMITY, the 15-year incumbent, and LIDA, who also pitched for the account, originally expected a decision before Christmas.

THE OPEN UNIVERSITY has appointed TEXT100 to a four-year consumer PR brief. The account was previously held by sister agency Lexis. Text100 will work on an integrated campaign with MEDAICOM, LIDA and RAPP.
