Government-backed climate-change organisation appoints agency
THE ENERGY SAVING TRUST has appointed KINDRED as its new retained PR agency following a competitive pitch against six other agencies. The agency will be tasked with developing a behaviour-change comms strategy to encourage the public to tackle climate change. Its first campaign for the Trust will be launched in the latter part of 2019. The account will be led by Kindred’s business director Katie Holl. Associate director Daniela Marchesi will lead alongside with wider team support.

Heathrow shakes up consumer PR roster with trio of new agencies
HEATHROW AIRPORT will add three new agencies to its consumer PR roster in June following a review. The airport has appointed KINDRED, The Academy and Inkling Culture and Entertainment to form a consumer support network which will deliver brand, retail, premium lifestyle and services briefs, that aim to bolster pride and trust in the brand. A total of 42 agencies applied for the three-year contract.
