HAVAS has promoted Tracey Barber to the position of global chief marketing officer. She will be responsible for delivering new business best practice, tools and expertise for Havas Creative. Barber will continue to report to global chief executive Chris Hirst.

Havas London wins £3m DfE brief to promote T Levels
THE DEPARTMENT FOR EDUCATION has handed a £3m brief to HAVAS LONDON to promote its new T Levels qualification brand which will launch in the spring. It will be supported by full activation and a recruitment campaign in the autumn. Havas, which won the work following a competitive tender process, has penned a two-year contract. T levels will be introduced in September 2020 as a technical and vocational alternative to A levels. Courses will include classroom theory, practical learning and 45 day-plus work placements.
