Uber and Channel 4 create documentary series following drivers around the UK
UBER has teamed up with CHANNEL FOUR to produce a documentary series following some of the app's top drivers in Britain. Six five-minute episodes will launch on Channel Four's on-demand streaming service All 4, with Dawn French narrating the series. The films are intended to show relatable moments from drivers and passengers. The campaign was created by GRAVITY ROAD.

Uber launches new campaign highlighting app safety features ahead of TfL hearing in June
UBER has launched a new campaign showing how the information it shares with users on its drivers helps keep passengers safe. A 30-second spot, created by GRAVITY ROAD, shows a woman walking out of a restaurant to her Uber ride, speaking to camera and reeling off everything she knows about her driver from his name and hair style to language skills and Uber track record, which can all be found on the Uber app. The work comes ahead of Uber's legal hearing with TFL which will decide whether it can continue to operate in London. Several other films in the 'Makes Sense' campaign decipher topics such as surge pricing and the driver licensing process. The campaign will run on VOD, social media and online display.
