NHS campaign nudges public to pharmacists rather than GPs for minor ailments
THE NHS has rolled out a new campaign aiming to drive down the number of GP appointments that could potentially be treated elsewhere. The behaviour-change drive will encourage people with minor ailments to seek advice from their pharmacist in the first instance. Created by FREUDS, the campaign will highlight common health concerns that can be treated by pharmacists such as coughs, colds, aches and pains, and run across TV, radio, social media and PR until the end of March. It will run under the strapline '#HelpUsHelpYou' and feature celebrity GPs and community pharmacists.

Guinness unveils responsible drinking campaign
GUINNESS is encouraging rugby fans to drink responsibility ahead of the Guinness Six Nations. A 30-second spot, created by AMV BBDO, 'Guinness Clear' features a Guinness glass full of water and suggests people should stay hydrated. It will be supported by social media activity under the hashtag '#GuinnessClear' and advertising at rugby stadiums where brand sampling teams will hand out bottles of water. CARAT handled media and FREUDS created additional content.
