O2 reignites 'Wear the rose' rugby campaign for women's team
O2 has reintroduced the ‘Wear the rose’ campaign for England Rugby prior to England’s defence of their Women’s Rugby World Cup title. O2 has launched an online film, created by VCCP, that showcases dramatic footage of the team in action set against a version of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s My Favorite Things from The Sound of Music. The film will be available across both broadcast and programmatic video-on-demand services including SKY, ITV and All 4 and on O2 Sports’ social channels. O2 will urge fans to pledge their support to England Rugby using #WearTheRose across print, out-of-home and social channels throughout the tournament. FORWARD is handling media for the campaign.
