    Co-op adds spice to mid-week meals in its first ad campaign of the year

    CO-OP has launched a 30-second spot that kicks off its strategy to create 'a year of eating together'. The ad, 'Feel the heat', sees a daughter holding a curry night to introduce her new partner to her parents. The young man and father go head to head to prove who can handle the hottest curry. It runs under the strapline 'Curry night is better together' and features products from Co-op's Indian range. The campaign, created by FOREVER BETA, will run across TV, press, social, OOH and radio.

    Co-op appoints Lucky Generals as lead creative agency

    CO-OPERATIVE GROUP has awarded its creative account to LUCKY GENERALS. The remit includes food, funerals, insurance and healthcare. It is not clear if incumbent FOREVER BETA has lost the account.
