    VELCRO has reappointed COMMUNIQUE PR following a three-way pitch against WEBER SHANDWICK and FOCUS PR.

    THE NATIONAL BLOOD SERVICE is launching Blood Matters, an advertising funded animated TV series, created by DRUM, PHD's content specialist division. The series will be broadcast on Channel 4 and aims to recruit donors from different ethnic communities.  A PR campaign through FOCUS CONSULTANCY will back the initiative.
