    Branded3 merges with Edit to create 265-strong agency

    EDIT has merged with Branded3 to form a single, 265-strong marketing agency based across Bath, Leeds and London. All Branded3's staff will move over to Edit's Leeds office including CEO Tim Grice who takes on the role of chief media officer, Stephen Kenwright as group growth director, Mike Jeffs as client services director, Sarah Beaumont as account director, Lauren Fielding as senior account manager and Rob Steeles as group executive creative director. Edit was formed in March following the merger of Response One, Amaze One and Occam.

    Salvation Army pools media into Edit and MediaCom

    THE SALVATION ARMY has appointed EDIT and MEDIACOM MANCHESTER to handle its media buying account following a three-month tender process. Edit already handles The Salvation Army's direct mail and will work jointly with MediaCom Manchester on the media business. The agencies were chosen for their ability to deliver multiple aspects as an integrated unit, maintaining control of each media channel and driving cost efficiencies.
