Cheil Europe relaunches with customer experience proposition
CHEIL will relaunch its customer experience proposition with five new specialist divisions. The Platform Connections division will include strategic and operational partnerships with Cheil's owner SAMSUNG and ADOBE, while its Customer Intelligence offering will create a digital analytics, insights and planning division within the agency. Its Creative Experience and Content division will include a content team and an in-house production team. The Personalisation and Contextualisation division will focus on personalising customer experiences in paid and owned channels, and Omni-Channel Experience will focus on linking customer journeys between online and offline mediums.

Cheil appoints new ECD as Caitlin Ryan leaves for Facebook
CHEIL has promoted Russell Schaller to the role of executive creative director as Caitlin Ryan departs the business. Ryan is leaving to join FACEBOOK in late March. Elsewhere, David Coombs has been promoted to head of strategic services as chief strategy officer Chris Chalk steps down from his role.
