    Edinburgh Gin sends meteors flying in debut TV campaign

    EDINBURGH GIN has launched its first TV ad, as part of its multi-million pound “Filled with Wonder” campaign. Created by BRIGHT SIGNALS, the 40-second spot leads the viewer through changing perspectives, opening on a blossoming flower bed which transforms into a party in Edinburgh before the camera zooms out to show the night sky above the city, where three meteors zoom above Edinburgh Castle. The ad premiered on 3 December at 6pm in a projection on The Dome, Edinburgh. It appeared on TV during First Dates on CHANNEL 4, alongside a bespoke animated ident. The TV ad is being supported by OOH executions and social media activity. The campaign aims to grow awareness of the brand's 18-strong collection, which the company says is the biggest offered by any gin brand on the market. PHD MANCHESTER handled media.
