    NOTONTHEHIGHSTREET.COM has hired M2M to handle its media planning and buying account, after a five-way pitch against MINDSHARE, MAXUS, GOODSTUFF and the incumbent BRAND-LINKS. The agency will work with the online marketplace’s creative agency, BEATTIE MCGUINNESS BUNGAY. A new brand proposition, which will be based around the line "For a life less ordinary", will be unveiled for the Christmas 2013 campaign.

    PAYPAL has awarded its £2m media planning and buying business to CARAT, which already handles media for PayPal's owner eBay. Carat won the account, previously held by BRAND LINKS, following a tough pitch, and will be responsible for promoting PayPal as a leading payment option for website outside of eBay, through digital, press and outdoor activity.
