    Which? splits media duties between Craft, Goodstuff and Brainlabs

    WHICH? has appointed independent agencies Craft Media London, GOODSTUFF COMMUNICATIONS, and BRAINLABS to oversee its communications strategy, brand planning and buying, and digital performance planning and buying respectively. MC&C was the incumbent on most of its media business and did not repitch. Which? recently promoted Sarah Threadgould to the role of chief customer officer as it changes its marketing mix as part of a broader focus on audience engagement. It announced earlier this month that it has ceased direct response TV marketing and is looking to improve brand visibility and drive online efficiency.

    Emerick appointed Biddable Account Director by PHD

    PHD MANCHESTER has appointed BRAINLABS' head of programmatic and social Liz Emerick to the role of biddable account director. She is tasked with the development of the agency's biddable media strategy and expansion of its programmatic display, paid search and paid social offering. She will work across all accounts.
