    Publicis merges shopper agencies under Arc brand

    ARC is being merged with sister shopper marketing entities Vivid Brand and Saatchi & Saatchi X. The shops will operate under the Arc brand and move to PUBLICIS LONDON's office on Baker Street. The unit will be lead by the chief executive officer, Gideon Karmiloff. Ian Thomas will become the managing director while Garry Munns will be promoted to executive creative director. Further, Zoe Kelly will take on the role of head of strategy and Rachel Wilkinson will become the head of business development and digital integration.
