    Volkswagen begins global agency overhaul as it seeks greater brand 'consistency'

    VOLKSWAGEN has kicked off a global agency review as it looks to create regional 'powerhouses' and a new marketing strategy. The car manufacturer is planning the launch of several new products and services, and hopes that the agency restructure will support and streamline an increased marketing output. The review only applies to Volkswagen vehicles and does not affect any other brands. PHD MEDIA is the only agency to have been assured its relationship with the advertiser will not change. ADAM&EVE/DDB is also one of the incumbents.

    The Cybersmile Foundation "#TrollingIsUgly" by Adam & Eve/DDB

    ADAM&EVE/DDB has created a new campaign for The Cybersmile Foundation with the aim to combat cyberbullying. An ad was released showing social media influencer Chessie King posting pictures to her INSTAGRAM profile promoting body confidence. She then starts to receive negative comments and starts to alter her face and physique to try and combat the trolls. The ad ends with her looking completely unrecognisable from the start and a message saying 'Cyberbullying can cause severe physical and mental illness'. The ad was created pro bono by Adam&Eve/DDB.
