    YORK THEATRE ROYAL will become one of the first regional theatres in the UK to adopt SMS in order to strengthen relationships with its customers. Posters and a forthcoming brochure will encourage theatre-goers to opt-in to the new service and the website at www.yorktheatreroyal.co.uk will also inform patrons of the scheme, which will offer exclusive discounts, priority booking and the latest news directly to their mobiles. Mobile specialist MKODO devised the initiative.
