    WARNER HOME VIDEO has promoted marketing manager, Ian Marshall, to the role of senior marketing manager - TV franchises.

    WARNER BROS HOME ENTERTAINMENT has bought movie discovery service Flixster, which also owns film review website Rotten Tomatoes, and aims to grow the business into more of a "digital content ownership". Warner Bros acquired Flixster for an undisclosed sum, though the business has previously been valued at between $60m (£36m) and $90m (£54m). Flixter has over 25 million users worldwide a month.
