    Walkers celebrates British tastes and quirks to mark its 70th anniversary

    WALKERS is marking its 70th birthday with a campaign thanking its consumers. The campaign is titled 'Thank you' and highlights how Walkers Crisps have remained 'the nation's favourite' throughout the decades, constantly inspired by the changing tastes of the British public. The ad will be supported by another TV spot, rolling out on 22 April, as well as digital and in-store activity. It was created by AMV BBDO.

    Walkers marks 70 years with flavours from six decades

    WALKERS is celebrating its 70th anniversary by launching six new flavours that reflected popular recipes of the past decades, from the 1950s to the 2000s. The limited-edition crisps will comprise of Coronation Chicken (1950s), Roast Lamb & Mint (1960s), Cheese Fondue (1970s), Chicken Tikka Masala (1980s), BBQ Rib (1990s) and Sweet Chilli (2000s). Two TV ads will appear in April, backed by digital content and in-store activation.
