    VisitBritain launches digital campaign with Scandinavian Airlines

    VISITBRITAIN has kicked off a digital campaign in partnership with Scandinavian Airlines with the aim of boosting inbound tourism to Britain. The £150k push will run for five weeks in Denmark, Norway and Sweden, and focus of London destinations beyond Zone 1 such as Richmond, Greenwich and Hackney, and those within a two-hour radius such as Oxford and Brighton. Scandinavian Airlines flies to LONDON HEATHROW and will fly to London Stansted from April. The work will launch on VisitBritain and Scandinavian Airlines' online and social channels.

    VisitBritain signs experiences-led partnership with Airbnb

    VISITBRITAIN has announced a partnership with AIRBNB to promote and broaden local-led tourism experiences. The companies will work with businesses and destinations to promote local experiences to domestic and international visitors. Experiences include handcrafted activities, tours and educational workshops, a hidden jazz club and trekking with llamas. The partnership will also encourage Brits to take a holiday at home to boost tourism by collaborating with the tourism organisations of Scotland and Wales to promote local experiences.
