    Jaguar Land Rover to suspend production

    JAGUAR LAND ROVER has suspended all production of its vehicles in the UK in response to the coronavirus outbreak. Operations have halted in Castle Bromwich, Solihull, and Halewood to help safeguard business continuity, but continue overseas. Its factory in China reopened at the end of February. The car manufacturer aims to restart production in the UK on 20 April, but this could change. BMW, TOYOTA, HONDA, NISSAN, VAUXHALL and BENTLEY have also suspended production in the UK.

    Robins And Day launches first Distrigo parts hub

    ROBINS & DAY has launched a Distrigo parts hub for PEUGEOT, CITROEN, DS and VAUXHALL vehicle parts. The hub in Hayes, West London has been set up as PSA withdraws trade part sales from Vauxhall dealers and consolidated it into regional hubs. PSA is relocating and expanding its Slough operation as it adds Vauxhall into its Distrigo Parts Distribution network from May.
