    Vauxhall Motors chooses new consumer PR and social media agency

    VAUXHALL has chosen 33Seconds to handle its integrated consumer PR and social media marketing business after a competitive pitch. Kaper, now KARMARAMA, was the consumer PR incumbent while social media was previously handled by WEBER SHANDWICK. 33Seconds is tasked with content creation for Vauxhall's social channels, press office and influencer relations management, and devising and implementing creative campaigns. The agency's associate director Mark Doonan will handle the PR aspect of the account and account director Martin Fearn will manage social media.

    Vauxhall embraces messy reality of parenting in Crossland X campaign

    VAUXHALL has unveiled a 30-second spot which takes a dig at luxury SUV owners that are extremely car-proud. Created by VELOCITY, the ad sees a children's rugby team getting muddy during a game before attempting to get into their parents' prized vehicles. It promotes Vauxhall's Crossland X SUV, running under the strapline 'Less Rah. More Real', and sees the Crossland owner welcoming in their child's dirt, rather than going to great lengths to keep their children away from their precious cars as other parents do. The work will run across TV, radio, cinema, OOH and digital. The TV spot will air on ITV, CHANNEL FOUR and SKY, and will appear again in July.
