    The U.N.'s World Food Program turns to global cinemas to help end hunger

    THE UN has kicked off a new campaign to help end world hunger. An ad will air in cinemas in more than 25 countries, and introduces a different brand strategy. Rather than featuring images of starving children, the campaign focuses on the potential that is lost when children die from malnourishment. The UN also hopes that global advertising will raise awareness of the brand. A mobile app called ShareTheMeal has been created to support the 60-second spot.
