THE UNITED NATIONS is highlighting the fact that western society spends more on cosmetics than on public aid with the launch of a TV ad campaign through Amsterdam agency TBWA\ CAMPAIGN COMPANY featuring the face of a western woman with a face pack on that transforms to that of an under-nourished African woman.  The ads will run in up to 77 countries, and is expected to break on UK satellite channels in the second week of March.
