    UNITED CARPETS has hired TTMV to handle its £1.8m multichannel media and digital account. The digital agency, which was formed from the merger of Twenty20 Media Vision and WFCA, will be responsible for UK media buying. The first campaign is expected to be released in time for the brand’s January sale next year.

    UNITED CARPETS has launched a store closure review due to "extremely challenging" market conditions. The retailer has already closed several franchise stores and has pushed back its preliminary results for the year to 31 March to late August. United Carpets said it will review several stores as it looks to see whether it can remain viable under the current franchise model.
