    Tourism Australia launches quirky Aussie News channel in global youth campaign

    TOURISM AUSTRALIA is targeting youth travellers and working holidaymakers from the UK and Europe with a new global campaign. AUS$5m is created by advertising agency Clemenger BBDO Sydney, media agency UM and PR agency One Green Bean, and centres around a tongue-in-cheek news channel, Aussie News Today, which will share “quirky, positive and funny stories from across Australia” on FACEBOOK and Instagram. The content will be delivered by a host of influential Australian stars from the world of sport and TV. Additional content for the campaign is being created in partnership with digital news organisation Buzzfeed.
