    Hain Celestial completes strategic sale of Tilda to Ebro Foods

    HAIN CELESTIAL has sold TILDA to Ebro Foods SA for £280m ($342m) in cash. Hain Celestial's offloading of the rice brand is part of the company's transformation plan to simplify its portfolio, strengthen its core capabilities and expand margins and cash flow.

    Tilda celebrates cultural and culinary diversity in debut work by Havas London

    TILDA is launching a £1.5m TV campaign, its biggest marketing investment in its 45-year history. The campaign by HAVAS LONDON debuted on 20 October and shows the many cultures who use rice in the kitchen. 14 dishes from across the World are featured and the ad ends with the word 'delicious' appearing in different languages. The ad will run until the end of November and is being supported on YOUTUBE and other social media platforms. GOODSTUFF handled media.
