    Thorpe Park selects new consumer PR agency

    THORPE PARK has hired Popcorn as its retained consumer PR agency following a three-way pitch. The agency will be responsible for a multi-faceted strategic PR programme covering big brand activity and press office, including activity around key campaigns, news and events, and managing VIP, media and influencer engagement. Popcorn's brief includes delivering an immersive campaign that focuses on 'A Year of Unmissable Events' as the theme park celebrates its 40th birthday.

    Fanta to stage travelling Halloween fair

    FANTA is teaming up with MERLIN ENTERTAINMENTS for its 'Twisted Carnival' event. Visitors to the activation will have the chance to visit five Halloween themed interactive rooms, as part of an immersive, spooky themed experience. The event was promoted by Taylor Herring on 4 October with a ghoulish old lady sitting in a rocking chair around several stations on the tube. Fanta's Twisted Carnival takes place at THORPE PARK on 6-7 and 13-14 October, WESTFIELD LONDON from 18-23 October, the Bullring and Grand Central Birmingham from 27-31 October and at LIVERPOOL ONE on 3-4 November.
