    Health Lottery ad banned for exaggerating the likelihood of winning

    THE HEALTH LOTTERY has had an ad banned for exaggerating the odds of winning. The 30-second ad contained testimonials from past winners and received complaints for making it seem that the odds of winning were higher than they actually are. The ASA ruled that ad must not run again in its current form.

    THE HEALTH LOTTERY has appointed BETA to help relaunch the brand. The new face of The Health Lottery, Anthea Turner, will feature in a new campaign to promote the live-draw show and a brand campaign called "everybody wins", which will launch in September.
