    Co-op Bank starts trial of Good Loop’s ethical ad tech

    THE CO-OPERATIVE BANK is trialling ethical ad tech by Good Loop for its 'People with Purpose' campaign. The tech incentivises people to watch ads online by giving them the chance to 'unlock' a charity donation at the end of the video. Charities receive 50% of ad revenue, with the remainder going to the publisher and Good Loop as income. The ads will run on publications such as THE GUARDIAN, STYLIST and THE ECONOMIST, with charities including Center Point, REFUGE and AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL benefiting. Co-op Bank says that two-thirds of its customers are already likely to donate to charity. HEARTS & SCIENCE introduced the technology to Co-op.

    Co-operative Bank and Brass team up for ethical social quiz

    CO-OPERATIVE BANK has launched an ethical quiz in collaboration with BRASS. Its aim is to encourage people to reexamine their values how they think. Ethics Academics from the UNIVERSITY OF LEEDS helped with the 'What's Your Good?' quiz which will include topics like sustainability and recycling. Two versions will be released through social networks for consumers and business leaders alike.
