    Google launches programmatic audio ads on Spotify and SoundCloud

    GOOGLE has announced that advertisers will now be able to place audio ads on SPOTIFY, SOUNDCLOUD, and Google Play Music along with other streaming services through its DoubleClick Bid Manager platform. Google estimates that 1.2 billion people across the world will use a music streaming service by 2018, giving advertisers and agencies access to a massive consumer base.

    SoundCloud Launches “First On SoundCloud” to Celebrate and Promote Creators

    SOUNDCLOUD has launched a new campaign to encourage all creators to upload their content to its platform. 'First on SoundCloud' will promote emerging talent through new music, video and photography. The brand's first ever advertising campaign by Mass Appeal will showcase 10 artists from across the globe, telling their stories from first upload to first album, festival appearance of award nomination. The campaign will run across SoundCloud apps, playlists, social feeds and newsletters as well as social and out of home activity.
