    THE SCOTTISH NATIONAL PARTY is planning a £7m marketing drive, encouraging the public to vote for Scottish independence in September. A combination of print, cinema and digital advertising will form 'Yes Scotland', with a £2.5m outdoor ad campaign to launch next month, followed by bursts of activity around the Commonwealth Games and in the weeks leading up to the 18 September vote.
