    SALESFORCE has updated its Einstein AI platform to include a chatbot and make it easier for marketers to use AI to predict business outcomes. The new elements help admins use clicks rather than code to enable complex functions.

    Google reveals cloud marketing tie-up with Salesforce

    GOOGLE has teamed up with SALESFORCE to integrate its G Suite and Analytics products into Salesforce's cloud-based CRM systems. The partnership will allow data from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud and Google Analytics to speak to one another. The collaboration looks to connect CRM insights to analytics data.
