    Deliveroo to stage sky-high dining experience

    DELIVEROO is inviting Londoners to eat for free while suspended in the sky. The 'Eat up' experience has been inspired by the famous photograph featuring construction workers eating lunch during the construction of the Rockefeller Centre in New York in the 1930s. The activation takes place on 21 and 22 August and offers people the choice to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner 450ft up in the air on a specially-built rig on the roof of a London skyscraper at a secret location. People interested in the experience can enter via an online ballot.

    Uber and Uber Eats gets new UK consumer agency after account tennis with Deliveroo

    UBER and UberEats have appointed HOPE&GLORY to oversee their UK consumer PR accounts. FREUDS previously worked on the account before going to work with rival DELIVEROO, who Hope&Glory had also worked with until this year. Following Uber's successful appeal against its operating license suspension, it wants to ramp up consumer activity and will roll out a comedy car at the Edinburgh festival next month in which punters can book a 'gig on the go' with comedian Andrew Maxwell.
