    MOTHER’s Christmas radio campaign for BOOTS has won the RADIO ADVERTISING BUREAU’s most creative advert title. Out of the pushes judged for the second half of 2013, Mother beat agencies LEITH and VCCP to take the name. The Boots spot was praised for its ‘integrated music clue that linked to its TV ad’. Also in the top ten, following on from Leith’s Drinkaware and VCCP’s O2 creation were; ABBOTT MEAD VICKERS’ creation for WALKERS, EE’s M&C SAATCHI push, JWT’s MR KIPLING drive and campaigns for CONFUSED.COM, EDF and MONEYSUPERMARKET.COM by PUBLICIS, AMV and Mother.

    THE RADIO ADVERTISING BUREAU has appointed Clare Bowen to the newly created role of head of creative development, in support of its £350,000 drive to champion higher standards in radio creative. Bowen is currently an account director at HMDG, and will handle delivering the RAB's programme of activity to better creative standards.
