    Nike pays tribute to female footballers' passion in debut campaign by Uncommon

    NIKE has released a UK social media campaign which tells the unheard stories of Women's World Cup players. Created by UNCOMMON, its first work for the brand, the ads see rappers Lady Leshurr and Little Simz talk about England players Steph Houghton and Fran Kirby. They discuss the players' home lives and how they became passionate about football. The campaign aims to educate people about the footballers and turn them into heroes. It will run on social channels including INSTAGRAM.

    Nike to host women-only football festival in London

    NIKE has announced that it will hold a female football festival on 16 June at Hackney Marshes, east London. This will be to help celebrate the Lionesses this summer and shine a light on women's football. The event will also include football-inspired workouts led by Nike trainers, a braid bar, seven-a-side tournaments and more.
